In 2003 Renata and Steven Ash (Practitioner and Master in Practice of the EMF Balancing Technique®) were personally asked by Peggy and Stephen Dubro, to develop a set of Rainbow Essences in alignment with the EMF Balancing Technique®.
And so in spring 2004 the EMF Balancing Technique® set of mineral and flower essences, specifically designed and produced to support and strengthen the energetic alignments that occur during the EMF Balancing Technique® sessions, was born.
These Essences are also intended as a tool for the EMF Balancing Technique® practitioner to strengthen their own Universal Calibration Lattice and amplify their connection to the highest source of energy available at any given moment in time.
THE 7 ESSENCES:
1. Platinum:
Platinum Essence contains the pure essence of the metal Platinum. In metallurgy platinum is known as a catalyst, initiating change
yet remaining unchanged in the process. Platinum is hard, stable, smooth, lustreless, refined, cool and dense. It is an expensive
metal to extract because it is so evenly spread throughout the mineral rich rocks and does not exist in veins like gold, copper and
silver. The energetic quality of platinum in the human energy field is extremely refined, supportive and strong. It stimulates and
supports the necessary changes at the deepest levels of experience whilst
keeping the process smooth and refined. 2. Gold: Gold Essence contains the pure essence of the metal Gold. Gold is soft, conductive, warm, stimulating, malleable, inert, precious,
yang and of high lustre. It is heavy and is found in the earth’s mantle in concentrated seams and veins.
In the human energy field gold acts as an exquisite conductor of the refined energies available to us at this time. It stimulates the
qualities of self enablement, self empowerment and self worth, carrying and attracting nothing but the highest attributes into the
human consciousness.
3. Center Above: Center above is positioned 60 cm/24 inches above the head. This center is one of the gateways to the Cosmic Lattice and
facilitates our connection to the refined energies of our highest potential and consciousness. Center Above Essence contains the
pure essences of gold, golden rose and golden rod.

Golden Rose, Rosa korresia: Facilitates the marriage of spirit and biology by creating a link with higher consciousness and
anchoring these refined energies through our energy field down into the earth.
Golden Rod, Solidago virgauria: Golden Rod is yang, warming and clearing. It removes energetic blockages and allows the clarity
of higher consciousness to enter the energy field.
4. High Heart Center Essence:
The High Heart Center is located in the area of the thymus gland and is the place from which transformation happens. High Heart Center Essence stimulates the activation of this important energy vortex and encourages the balance of head and
heart and the expression of unconditional love in daily life. High Heart Center Essence contains the pure essences of gold, pink
tourmaline, pink rose and wild sweet pea.

Pink Tourmaline: In Arabic traditions Tourmaline is the stone of the Sun and is used to strengthen the heart and protect from night-
mares. Pink Tourmaline supports Shen – the spirit of the heart, and encourages the harmonious interaction of spirit, mind and body.
Pink Rose, Rosa majalis: Helps to integrate new feelings especially in times of change and overcome fear, suspense and appre-
hension. Pink rose helps to explore life in a new and balanced way whilst creating strong internal support and a feeling of inner
warmth and self-reliance.
Wild Sweet Pea, Lathyrus odoratus: This essence carries the energy of transformation by bringing out the highest and best in
people. Wild Sweet Pea is a strong and generous plant with a spirit that encourages the full expression of the heart energy.
5. Core Energy:
Core Energy is the central column of light and energy that runs through the length of the body connecting Center Above to Center
Below. When we are in the posture of radiating core energy, we allow the beauty of our purest and highest essence to express itself
outwards into the world. Core Energy Essence contains the pure essences of gold, pink tourmaline, diamond, jade, pink rose and
yellow rose.

Pink Tourmaline: enhances spiritual focus and balance.
Diamond: brings clarity and order and encourages the expression of inner light and beauty. It strengthens the energetic resonance
of the sacred templates and on the physical level energises the brain, central nervous system, sensory organs and hormonal glands.
Jade: assists in directing the refined energies of higher consciousness towards the Center Below thus increasing the awareness of
our sacred, spiritual nature and inner peace. On the physical level Jade stimulates and supports the nervous system and the
suprarenal glands, and assists in their regeneration.
Pink rose, Rosa majalis: helps to integrate the new energies of change and increase self- esteem.
Yellow rose, Rosa foetida: anchors the luminous energy of higher consciousness into the physical form.
6. Center Below:
The Center Below is located 60 cm/24 inches below the feet. It is through this center that we connect to and receive the stabilising, strengthening, grounding and nourishing energy of the Earth. Center Below Essence contains the pure essences of black tourmaline and oak.
Black Tourmaline: has a strong grounding and anchoring effect and has the capability of discharging tensions and negative thoughts and influences. Mentally it stimulates clear and rational thought processes whilst encouraging a neutral and relaxed attitude. Black Tourmaline conducts body energy and helps to neutralize electromagnetic radiation, which causes disturbance in the human energy field.
Oak flower, Quercus robur: Oak is the most grounding of the plant essences, communicating clearly the importance of a strong connection with the energy of the Earth whilst reaching up to bring the full charge of our being into the Now.
7. Balance:
Balance Essence supports the alignment of our energy field into a higher state of order and harmony. It encourages the expression of our highest potential and the posture of giving and receiving in balance with all that surrounds us in our world as we know it.
Balance Essence contains the pure essences of gold, citrine, labradorite, dandelion, elder, and forget-me-not.

Citrine: enhances individuality, self - confidence and lightness of disposition; it attracts and draws light into the physical form.
Labradorite: helps to clearly see intentions and goals. It strengthens intuitive abilities and increases awareness of the energetic patterns that are active in our lives.
Dandelion, Taraxacum officinale: supports the letting go of judgement and encourages a sense of inclusiveness and strength.
Elder, Sambucus nigra: this is the essence of wisdom, encouraging the search for higher truth and standards and facilitating greater awareness to deeper areas of wisdom and knowledge.
Forget-me-not, Myosotis arvensis : Creates stillness and awareness of one's life patterns whilst encouraging the opening up to new possibilities and future potential.
HOW TO USE:
In keeping with the principles of the EMF Balancing Technique® it is suggested that you honor your client's inner wisdom by encouraging them to select the essences most appropriate for them at this point in time. It is recommended to select 1-3 essences. Use 3-9 drops of each in a glass of still mineral water which may then be sipped slowly.
It is possible and beneficial to use the essences both before and after an EMF Balancing Technique® session. Taking the chosen essences before the session will support the opening of the energy field for maximum potential and increased energy transmission. Taking the essences after the session will reinforce the purpose of the session and consolidate the new energetic patterns. In this case it may be necessary to choose a fresh set of essences to address the energetic changes and alignments that have occurred during the session.
